The problem on the surface is that nefarious forces have managed to persist and influence how things have been done in the United States. However, the bigger problem is that lack of understanding has made the problem worse, and has also made the solutions that people have attempted to enact even worse.

A proper solution will require a lot of effort in putting together enough information to understand what will work as a permanent solution. What has been happening is that people are "shooting from the hip" way too often, and with each effort it creates a backlash that ruins the effort at solving the problem. This problem has to be given its proper attention and patience. Otherwise, efforts to correct it will continue to fail.
The Biggest Problem
The biggest problem enabling Family Destructionism to continue is a refusal by many people today to acknowledge that this phenomena is not happening or that the people perpetuating it do not exist. As a result, all the information necessary to put an end to it is not in the forefront. Furthermore, even if people were to realize what has been happening, there isn't enough information to come up with a decent solution. And, if someone does gather the information in secret, it creates danger. If someone gathers the information and makes it public, it results in chaos and wrecks havoc. This entire issue has to be handled delicately.
Constructing a Solution
What is the Solution
The solution to this problem is not known. But there needs to be a safe place to "test the waters" for a solution. And the resolution discovery process needs to be iterative. We as humans need to not only come up with ideas but also implement "prototype" examples of those ideas. And this would need to be done in a very delicate manner.
Paradigm Shifts
The solution that would be able to deal with the destruction of the family will most likely involve a "paradigm shift" ... a change in the basic foundational belief system in which most of us believe. This is why solving this problem will come across as alarming to some people.
The solution will most likely create fear before it creates peace. And this is why things must be done in a delicate manner.

No matter what the solutions ends up being once it is identified, it is clear that it should not involve, contain, support, or endorse Gender Extremism.
Gender Extremism is defined by ChatGPT: "Refers to radical or extreme beliefs and actions based on gender ideologies — that is, when someone holds very rigid, intolerant, or militant views about how men, women, or other genders should behave, be treated, or relate to one another."
Gender Extremism can show up in society in several different forms. (1) Male Supremacism / Misogynistic Extremism: "Beliefs that men are inherently superior to women or that women should be subservient." (2) Female Supremacism / Misandrist Extremism: "The belief that women are inherently superior to men or that men are inherently harmful or unnecessary. While rarer in violent forms, it can manifest in extreme gender separatism or dehumanization of men." (3) Anti-LGBTQ+ Extremism: "Extreme hostility toward people who are gay, transgender, or nonbinary. Includes groups or individuals who seek to erase or criminalize gender diversity or same-sex relationships."
The key characteristics to this kind of extremism are the following:
Intolerance toward differing gender expressions or identities.
Dehumanization or scapegoating of another gender.
Use of threats, violence, or coercion to enforce gender beliefs.
Framing gender conflict as a war or existential struggle.
This kind of phenomena should be avoided at all costs. Every thing in a functioning society is based on the fact that no one person or group should be able to force their will on another person or group simply based on beliefs when there is no safety issue associated with what you want the other person to do or believe. This is why and other forms of extremism should be avoided ... because people may act on these kinds of extreme beliefs.

No matter what the solutions ends up being once it is identified, it is clear that it should not involve, contain, support, or endorse Anarchy.
What is Anarchy? Anarchy is defined on Wikipedia as: "Anarchy is a form of society without rulers. As a type of stateless society, it is commonly contrasted with states, which are centralized polities that claim a monopoly on violence over a permanent territory. Beyond a lack of government, it can more precisely refer to societies that lack any form of authority or hierarchy. While viewed positively by anarchists, the primary advocates of anarchy, it is viewed negatively by advocates of statism, who see it in terms of social disorder."4
Avoiding anarchy is important for one critical reason: it is a dangerous concept and it can easily lead to the creation of a monarchy or an oligarchy due it's definition and how the concept is often used.

People in "the masses" who struggle under the current governmental system in any country always welcome more freedom. Many groups and people who understand this concept sometimes use the idea of "anarchy" as a "buzz word" for freedom of the masses. They will tell large groups that their government is corrupt and the other way "you" can have "freedom" is to over-throw the government.
However, what they do not mention is that once the government is over-thrown, they themselves will install themselves as the "government." Anarchy does not lead to freedom for the masses. It leads to less freedom of the masses ... when a powerful group moves in when the established government is weak or has been destroyed. After establishing their presence, the new powerful group usually imlements either military rule or a monarchy. The end result, in all cases, is that the new government is more oppressive than the old one.
For this reason, people should watch very closesly when others who are not in the government start talking to them about how they should over-throw the government. The question that should be asked is this: "Oh, OK, and after the current government is gone ... what are we going replace it with ... and who will be decision-makers in the replacement government?" If someone cannot answer this question ... run as fast as you can in the other direction.

MK Ultra and the Monarch Mind Control Program
The Monarch Mind Control Program is a program that extended from the MK Ultra Mind Control Program. Both programs started up at Fort Detrick in Maryland. The MK Ultra Mind Control Program no longer exists, but, the Monarch Mind Control does exist ... it is the extension of the MK Ultra Program.
The Monarch Mind Control Program operates out of Fort Detrick and benefits from the large military base there as well as the existence of tunnels and caves underneath the base. Furthermore, the program is integrated with actively that goes on at Frederick Hospital as well as other institutions like the National Institutes of Health (N.I.H.).
The Monarch Mind Control Program victimizes families that are forced through blackmail to join by subjecting their kids to a life of torture. Furthermore, it also victimizes the families that are joined in to the program as "test dummies" for the program. These families are placed in strange situations orchestrated by others (wives, fathers, girlfriends, etc.) who themselves are being paid to participate. These people set up scenarios under which the "test dummies" brain emotions can be "read" so that the Monarch Mind Control can train their neural programmers on how to read the brain scans on their computer screens. The result for the "test dummy" that is being used in this way is that their life is destroyed ... for the rest of their life ... and they never know why.
Many of these people loose their jobs, go broke, and end up on welfare, or incarcerated. Many of them never know that their bad luck was directly associated with the fact that they have been forced to participate in a government program without their consent or knowledge.
